Genner Sales was originally formed to service the need for after market Windows Recovery CDs with high quality technical support.
Such has been the success of our business, that we supply Windows Recovery solutions worldwide & have an excellent relationship with the world major PC manufacturers (such as Dell, HP, Toshiba, Gateway, IBM, & Microsoft).
Our Windows Recovery CDs are designed for specific systems & simply will not work without the original Windows Product Key (this will be on a label attached to the computer case), & will not work with an illegal Windows Product Key.
Genner Sales trades worldwide & we serve a loyal & diverse set of clients, with the bulk of our orders coming from North America, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Holland, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, South America & China.
It is for this reason that we decided to invest in a dedicated download site. For although we always try to process & post orders on the day of receipt (most orders received before 4pm are posted on the day of receipt), and although we always use 1st class mail & 1st class air mail, and although we always use high quality packing materials; CDs can get damaged, CDs can get delayed & CDs can get lost in the post.
Our download facility is designed to eradicate these potential problems by allowing customers to download complete images of their Windows Recovery CDs which can then be used to create their own CDs on their own machines (CD burner or DVD burner required).
Please note; These CDs require the original Windows Product Key
PCs which originally shipped with Windows installed, will have a sticker attached to the case which contains the Windows Product Key (Windows licence). Since the owner of the PC also owns the licences; & because our CDs simply allow the owner to reinstall software to which own the licenses, these downloads are completely legal & will not work without correct licence (Windows Product Key).
Where is the Windows Product Key located?
Notebook - Laptop PCs; The Windows Product Key is a 25 character code (ie; XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) can be found on a label which is attached to the Notebook base.
Desktop - Tower PCs; The Windows Product Key is a 25 character code (ie; XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) can be found on a label which is attached to the top, rear or side of the PC case.

Our Windows download dept is managed by Max, with specialist technical support provided by Kev, Luke, Liam & Matty. All downloadable Windows Recovery CDs are stored on Powerful, Secure, High Speed, Dedicated Servers.
All downloadable Windows Recovery CDs are provided in compressed form (as zip files) & we supply a decompressing (unzipping) utility, so that you can unzip the CD image, or driver - utility files directly to your hard drive & either create the CD or run the drivers & utilities.
All downloadable Windows Recovery CDs come with full technical support.

STEP 1; Order your CDs at the appropriate web site
STEP 2; Use the Download Enquiry Envelope (as below) to send us an email stating that you would prefer to receive the CDs via our download facility.
