Genner Sales is part of the Genner Communications group. We are a privately owned
company (owned by Kevin Genner) based at the e-Innovation Centre at the University of Wolverhampton, Telford,

& our internet services are based in
Slough.
Genner Sales; International are dedicated to total customer service & provide free postage & free technical support with all of our products.
Genner Sales was originally formed to service the need for after market Windows Recovery CDs with high quality technical support.
Such has been the success of our business, that we supply Windows Recovery solutions worldwide & have an excellent relationship with the world major PC manufacturers (such as Dell, HP, Toshiba, Gateway, IBM, & Microsoft) to the point where we are currently negotiating additional & supplementary software support contacts .
Our Windows Recovery CDs are designed for specific systems & simply will not work without the original Windows Product Key & will not work with an illegal Windows Product Key.
Genner Sales trades worldwide & we serve a loyal & diverse set of clients, with the bulk of our orders coming from North America, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Holland, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, South America & China.
Customers are able to purchase their products online, via the telephone, via mail (with cheque or PO) or by cash.
Customers can receive their CDs via mail order (all orders are sent via 1st class mail), via download or by collection. However, it is in everyone's interest for customers to use the (safe & secure) download facility if they are able to do so.
All orders which are received within 20 minutes of the postage cut-off point are processed the same day & we try to answer all emails & answer phone messages within 24 hours of receipt & cheque orders are dispatched upon receipt of the cheque (we do not wait for the cheque to clear), all postage is free & all technical support is free.
Our business is based upon high quality customer support & we regularly receive unsolicited letters of recommendation & commendation from around the globe.
Although we ship all international orders via 1st class air mail, the nature of international mail means that some orders do not arrive as quickly as we would like.
We would prefer customers to be able to be able to telephone & deal with offices based in their own country.
We would prefer international customers to be able to order CDs via cheque (mail) or by credit card or debit card over the telephone.
We would prefer international customers to be able to be able to access local telephone based technical support (although the majority of technical issues will be dealt with via email).
Genner Communications are currently recruiting business partners from around the globe.
We are a dynamic & expanding international company with exceptional products & a total commitment to customer service. We believe that customers in each country are best served by the long term residents of that country & so would rather recruit business partners rather than opening additional offices.
Potential business partners must have (always on) dedicated high speed broadband internet connections.
Potential business partners must be an established IT company serving end users (rather than "the chain").
Potential business partners must have an impeccable reputation with regard to customer service.
Potential business partners must have dedicated business premises & must be able to demonstrate a high degree of product knowledge.
Potential business partners must have dedicated business telephones, dedicated business answer phone & telephone based credit card acceptance facilities supplied by a recognised & respected service provider.
Business partners are expected to process all mail orders within their designated area on a daily basis.
Business partners are expected to process all telephone - credit card orders from their designated area.
Business partners are expected to provide free local telephone technical support using experienced staff.
Business partners are expected to follow the Genner Sales Business Model (simply because it is proven to work).
Genner Communications will supply partners with Windows Recovery CDs & Windows Restore CDs as required.
Genner Communications will promote each partners business online, & we expect each partner to promote the relevant Genner Sales Web site. Eg; partners in the USA are required to provide links on their website pages to http://www.gennersales.us, http://www.gennersales.com, http://www.gennersales.eu & http://www.gennersales.co.uk.
Genner Sales USA (http://www.gennersales.us) will provide contact details (address, telephone number, email link & web site link etc) on appropriate pages of the Genner Sales USA website for each USA based partner.
Hardware orders generated through the purchase of Recovery CDs or Restore CDs will remain solely within the province of the business partner. However, free technical support will be provided by Genner Communications if required & Genner Communications may request that a partner assist another partner (this can be particularly useful with regard to sourcing issues etc).
Genner Communications will action all download requests & will deal with technical issues regarding downloads.
Genner Communications will process all online orders & will forward order details - delivery details to the appropriate partner.
Each partner will receive a percentage of every sale generated within their area, regardless of whether or not they were involved. Eg; if we receive a download order via email from a customer in Australia, our Australian partner will receive payment.
All partners are expected to actively promote the Recovery CD service in accordance with the Genner Communications model (no advertising required).
Genner Communications requires each partner to assist with the sourcing & supply of Specific & General CDs for the good of all. Eg; if we source a specific French version of a particular operating system, this may be use to partners in France, Canada, Africa etc. This is a reciprocal arrangement & partners are expected to supply CDs at no cost. We will make CDs available to all via the download facility.
